Norway's superstar Marit Bjorgen was pushed right to the line by Canada's Beckie Scott in today's 2×7.5km World Cup pursuit race held in Vernon, Canada. Beckie was only .3 seconds from winning a World Cup in front of a home crowd, and held off veteran Hilde Pederson of Norway who took third.
Canadian Sara Renner also had a great day, finishing 12th. Top U.S. results came from Abigail Larson (37th) and Rebecca Dussault (39th.)
