Team Atomic take first and second in World Loppet opener in China and in World Cup XC we have huge lead over everybody else. Tobias Angerer has 585 points after his win in Val di Fiemme last weekend. That make him 130 points ahead of second place guy.”

Scoring for World Cup events is:
1st place: 100 points
2nd place: 80 points
3rd place: 60 points
4th place: 50 points
5th place: 45 points
The scoring works its way down to 30th place receives one point.

January 31, 2006 will be the last day that Atomic will accept entries. Predictions should be emailed to: champion@atomic-usa.com Winner will be based on who comes closest to Tobias Angerer’s total World Cup points for the current season. Only one entry per contestant will be accepted. Ties will be determined by who sends in their entry first. All entries must have a US ship to address to win. Atomic can not ship to a PO Box. All ages are welcome to enter. Athletes sponsored by other manufacturers are also allowed to enter so that they may become competitive. Be sure to include your height, weight and whether you want the ski for universal conditions or specific track conditions. Please also include the length of your current skate skis and any flex information you might have about those skis. Winner will be announced within one week after the final race. Delivery will be in September, 2006.
