Canadian and US women will be racing the Olympic women’s 7.5 + 7.5-kilometer pursuit at 10 AM European time on Sunday Morning ( 4 AM Eastern standard time). 67 women are entered for this event. Beckie Scott and Sara Renner have front row start positions with bib #4 and bib #10.
The men’s Olympic 15 + 15-kilometer pursuit starts at 1.45 PM European time (6.45 AM Eastern standard time). 77 men are entered to race this event.
A total of sixteen North Americans are entered in these two races. From the start list it looks like Lars Flora is racing instead of Kris Freeman on the US Team
The four-member U.S. women's squad consists of Rebecca Dussault (25, Gunnison, CO), Abigail Larson (26, Bozeman, MT), Lindsey Weier (21, Mahtomedi, MN) and Lindsay Williams (21, Hastings, MN).
Competing on the men's side will be Lars Flora (28, Anchorage, AK), Andrew Johnson (28, Greensboro, VT), James Southam (27, Anchorage, AK) and Carl Swenson (35, Park City, UT).
Eldar Ronning (was going to race as Frode Estil’s helper) is out sick on the Norwegian team and is replaced by Jan Egil Andresen. Andresen is allowed to ski his own race.
