BOULDER JUNIOR NORDIC COACHING POSITIONS

The Boulder Nordic Junior Racing Team (BNJRT.COM) is looking for head and assistant cross country ski coaches for the 2006-2007 season and beyond. The 24 year old club has 40-50 skiers ranging in age from 10 to 18 from beginners to three-time JO and J1 Scando Cup participants. Our focus is teaching kids to become competitive racers. The team has a strong parent committee that handles most administrative functions, allowing the coaches to focus on the team members. Especially interested in candidates with good coaching and communication skills. The part-time position runs from dryland training in October through junior nationals in March. Pay commensurate with experience, and has ranged from $3,000 per season for assistant coaches to $20,000 (+ benefits) for head coach depending upon experience.
