Upper Peninsula city to host national skiing competitons
HOUGHTON, Mich. The US Skiing and Snowboarding Association has chosen Houghton to host the USSA Nationals cross country skiing competitions for the next two years.
Organizers say the Upper Peninsula city was chosen because of its successful handling of the US Junior Olympics cross country skiing competition in March.
