There may be no shortcuts to training but there are to learning!

A.I.M. – or the Athletic Imaging Method came to life as a new state-of-the-art improvement tool for master skiers. Technique, balance, rhythm, force application and power are captured through professional videography and computer imaging with Dartfish software and analyzed by leading experts in master’s cross-country skiing. Jim Fredericks and Jon Engen are introducing this improvement opportunity to the public with a 4 day Retreat at Idaho's Tamarack Resort in early December.
