The Norwegian sprint team is for the fourth year in a row splitting their September camp between one week with skiing in Ramsau and one week with dryland training in Livigno.
– Two week of skiing is too long for us at this point. I believe it’s good for us to do a week of dryland training after one week with skiing in Ramsau. We believe in this plan, it works for us, says Norwegian sprint coach Ulf Morten Aune.
