On Thursday October 4th XC Oregon skiers Josh Smullin, Zach Violett and Marshall Greene got in the first ski of the year in the fields near Mt. Bachelor. Five inches of snow over the grass on the fields made for some great skiing! This was not only the first ski in Bend, but these photos represent the first documentation of skiing in the country!
