Houghton Michigan, Swix Athletes archived a complete sweep of both the men’s and women’s podiums along with taking 9 out of the top 10 places in the men’s 15k event. Swix wishes to congratulate Factory Team members Ivan Babikov, Lars Flora and Andrey Golovko on their impressive display of dominance of the men’s podium, all Factory Team members use both Swix Poles and Ski Wax exclusively. Recent sprint world cup winner Kikkan Randall showed impressive strength in a distance event leading Factory Team member Kristina Strandberg and Morgan Arritola of the USST/Sun Valley Ski Team. On the wax front Swix was used extensively by both the winners and through out the men and women’s field. Swix HF6 or HF4BD as a base wax covered by FC7 provided the winning glide, kick was supplied by a combination of VR45/50.
