USST athletes Lindsey Dehlin and and Liz Stephen remind us that cross-country skiing is NOT and individual sport. Accomplishing great things requires a great team.
“No matter how individual this sport may seem on some days the times when we accomplish greatness are never done solo,” writes Liz.
