The site of the early February SuperTour races, Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe Vermont is hard at work blowing snow. They are predicting a Thanksgiving day opening.
The addition of snow making at Trapp is a significant enhancement to skiing in New England, and will hopefully allow the area to withstand the inevitable January thaw, as well as offer early season skiing.
