The All-New Fischer RCS Carbonlite Skating Boot

FasterSkierFebruary 25, 2010

The new RCS Skating boot is the most comfortable and torsionally stiff skating boot that Fischer has every made. The torsional stiffness comes from the new Torsional Control System and the innovative Frame Technology. The comfort is achieved with the patented Snake Lacing system and the supportive inner lining.

See for yourself how comfort and power transfer can be achieved by demoing the RCS Skating boot at the Birkie on Friday Feb 26.

FRAME TECHNOLOGY

Frame Technology is Fischer‘s innovative concept for progressive foot support. This grid of technical PU is injected directly onto the outer boot to provide the exact combination of support and flex for optimal power transfer.

TORSION CONTROL SYSTEM

The combination of a micro adjustable instep strap and an inner boot torsional control strap provides immediate power transfer from boot to ski.

WORLD CUP CARBON CROSSLINK

The perfect link to the boot: Crosslinks made of extremely lightweight and strong carbon fiber fix the WC Carbon Cuff in place and thus play a major part in the high torsional stiffness. Thanks to the asymmetric design they are perfectly tuned for powerful skating.

WORLD CUP CARBON CUFF

Outstanding lateral stability with full freedom of fore and aft movement: the World Cup Carbon Cuff matches the shape of the foot and is embe- dded in a soft EVA layer. The high-quality material ensures that weight is kept remarkably low.
