Altogether there will be 2’200 volunteers that will be offering their help. The volunteers will represent 50 different nationalities and 80% of them are residents of Oslo or Akershus.

The voluntary labor of the 2’200 volunteers can be estimated to equal 100 labor years, which makes the Oslo 2011 organization very grateful for the great interest and willingness of these ski enthusiasts to donate their time.
