Colorado Rocky Mountain School Seeks Guest Athlete

FasterSkierJanuary 10, 2011

The Colorado Rocky Mountain School is seeking a visiting athlete for the second week of February. This is an opportunity to share your experience as an athlete with students, and spend a week in the mountains of Colorado. CRMS students will be participating in an Interim period of intensive study during the week which you are here.

The guest athlete will be asked to assist students in studying exercise, fitness, and physiology as they research topics, set goals, and build plans to reach those goals. Athletes will have time to pursue their own training onĀ  local trails, and have use of team training and waxing facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is already coming to race at the Aspen Nordic Festival, to spend a week in the region ahead of time (Feb 6-13). Housing and meals will be provided while the athlete is in residence.

For more information contact Nick Brown, nbrown@crms.org or 970-510-0076.

Colorado Rocky Mountain School is a preparatory institution that gives our students the skills, confidence, and knowledge to be successful in life and to contribute to their communities. For more information about the school, see www.crms.org.
