Team Expirit Leader of Ski Classics

The Swedish based long distance ski team, Team Exspirit, is the leader of the Ski Classics team competition after the third Ski Classics event this season König Ludwig Lauf. Oskar finished on the third place after Jerry Ahrlin, Team Xtra Personell and Stanislav Rezac, Team Patria Direct. Svärd also won the two Ski Classics Sprints in König Ludwig Lauf gaining 10 extra points for the Ski Classics Champion Race, which he now leads with 257 points before Rezac and Ahrlin 229 respectively 211 points.
“It´s great that Team Exspirit leads the team competition and that the team tactics is debuting in cross country skiing.” Says Oskar Svärd and he adds “for me as an individual I had a hard time in today’s race,  but I am very satisfied with leading both Ski Classics Sprint and Ski Classics Champion competitions.”
Rikard Andreasson finished 10th, and Björn Lind 19th ahead of good skiers such as Thomas Alsgaard from Team United Bakeries.
In the women competition Susanne Nyström finished third just before the second Team Exspirit skier Jenny Hansson, fourth place. They are also third and fourth in the Ski Classics Champion race.

Next race for Team Exspirit is Vasaloppet in Sweden the 6th of March.
