Duties and Responsibilities
- Execution of footwear research and development projects
- Execution of market and competitor analyses
- Creation of new performance footwear solutions
- Close coordination with athlete services team on custom-fit and custom-made products
- Direct interaction with elite Fischer athletes to incorporate their insights into the development process
- All phases of product conceptualization, prototyping, and commercialization
- Overseeing and analyzing complete product and consumer testing process
Requirements
- Degree and professional experience in orthopedic footwear, physical therapy, or sports science
- High level of interest and involvement in Nordic skiing or endurance sports
- Hands-on approach to projects
- Ability to successfully complete tasks independently
- Ability to travel, with mobility on demanding terrain
- Competence in spoken and written English
