Williams College invites applications for the position of Assistant Coach of Nordic Skiing for the academic year 2021-2022. This is a full-time, academic year (10 month) term position with the possibility of renewal.

Responsibilities include providing assistance to the Head Coach in all aspects of the Nordic Ski program, including, but not limited to student-athlete development, coaching, training plans, travel, waxing, equipment management, driving team vans, video analysis, recruiting, team website updates and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, and collegiate racing experience preferred
- Successful candidates will be self-motivated and possess the ability to recruit, teach and coach highly talented student-athletes who can succeed in a challenging academic environment
- Knowledge and commitment to NCAA and NESCAC rules
- Cultural competence and effective communication skills are required
- Valid driver’s license is required
