Position Summary: Located on over 100 KM of world-class Nordic terrain, YMCA of the Rockies, Snow Mountain Ranch’s Nordic Center is a premiere destination for Nordic skiers! As a Nordic Center Staff member you will be an integral member of the Nordic Center team which conducts the daily operations of Snow Mountain Ranch’s Nordic Center. Our award winning center offers over 100kms of groomed ski trails and provides guest a world class Nordic experience in the heart of the majestic Rocky Mountains. Duties include opening and closing the Center, fitting and recording ski rentals and sales of equipment, teaching beginner to intermediate classical and skate techniques, issuing trail passes, ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the Center and its immediate surroundings, assisting on race days, answering phones and resolving questions about the trail system. $13.65 – $14.42/hour with opportunity to opt-in to our Rocky Mountain Living Package which includes lodging, meals, free or discounted gear rentals for outdoor adventures, YMCA membership, discounted nights for family and friends at YMCA of the Rockies lodges, and so much more.
