Team SOHO Seeks Cross-Country Comp and Elite Team Head Coach

Team SOHO is seeking a Cross-Country Comp and Elite Team Head Coach to take our high school or post graduate programs to the next level.  Team SOHO currently is bursting at the seams in our youth aged ski programs and needs a competent head coach that can help our DEVO (middle school) program athletes transition into our Comp (high school aged athletes) program.  Team SOHO is hoping to develop into one of the country’s premier ski clubs both in terms of number of skiers and number of high performing skiers.

This is a full-time position with benefits with a salary range of $55,000-$60,000.  There are also some opportunities to expand this role for the right candidate with a race service background. We will take applications until the middle of March and will start interviewing and the hiring process immediately afterwards.  We hope to have a coach hired by April 1 with a starting date of May 1.
