Fischer / OneWay is raffling off a pair of Fischer Speedmax 3D Ski with bindings (not Helium) and a pair of OneWay Premio Poles to celebrate the start of the World Cup season. Anyone can enter once for free, but we want to find ways to incentivize you to subscribe to FasterSkier. So, all of our subscribers will get an additional entry for every dollar they contribute monthly (we will take the average if you choose the annual option). If you have already subscribed, thank you. There is nothing more for you to do, though you could enter once more if you are looking for every advantage! If you haven't yet subscribed, please do so, and you will have multiple 'tickets' in the raffle. The raffle is open through next Sunday, December 15th, and we will draw a winner on the following Monday. Be sure to watch out for more of these, as they will continue through the season with the same bonus for our generous voluntary subscribers. Enter to win!

FasterSkier, INC. Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. By entering this prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is being run by FasterSkier, INC. in partnership with Fischer Skis US.

3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

4. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.

5. The prize draw is free to enter.

6. The prize draw will be open to all entrants until December 15th, 2024. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.

7. To enter the prize draw simply fill out the form above with valid contact information.

8. FasterSkier, INC. will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

9. The winner will receive the price of one pair of Fischer Speedmax 3D Skis with binding (not Helium) and one pair of OneWay Premio Poles.

10. The winner will be drawn at random.

11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

12. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

13. The decision of FasterSkier, INC. regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14. The winner will be notified after December 15th, 2024 via the email provided during subscription.

15. FasterSkier, INC. will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

16. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and FasterSkier, INC. reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

17. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

18. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by FasterSkier, INC. and Fischer Skis US for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

19. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of residence to any other prize draw participants if requested via FasterSkier, INC.

20. An announcement of the winners first name and place of residence will be made by FasterSkier, INC.

21. FasterSkier, INC. does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that FasterSkier, INC. does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

22. FasterSkier, INC, does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

23. FasterSkier, INC. reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

24. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by United States law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
