We’ve gathered the nordic community under our banner and rallied a better future for skiing. The result of our efforts last year were more athletes competing at higher levels, more team camps and more of the best skiers in the country working together to improve. Bottom line, there is a direct correlation in our developing athletes achieving improved world class results: NNF funding gets results! This year’s D25 will kick off on October 1st and will last for six weeks. Each week will focus on a different level of skiing development through stories, photos, outreach and videos beginning at the U16 level and concluding with World Cup racers. “We’re interested in tying together as many disparate parts of the skiing country as possible through the NNF,” described NNF Executive Director, Dave Knoop. He continued, “Last year we began highlighting donations by state in a way to measure still more competition on the way to connecting the skiing nation. We all have to give our all to get the skiing community we want.” Tune in on October 1st for the kick off of this year’s Drive for 25. To all of our contributors, past, present and future: |
