Italy was recently awarded the 2007 Junior Worlds and the Under-23 Worlds, while Poland was awarded the 2008 championship.
Junior World and U-23 will in the future be organized simultaneously.
The 2006 junior Worlds and U-23 will be held in Kranj, Slovenia at the end of January and beginning of February.
