The Boulder Nordic Junior Racing Team ( WWW.BNJRT.COM ) is looking for
assistant head and assistant coaches for the 2005-2006 season and
beyond. Age range of skiers is 10 to 18, with 40 to 50 skiers on the
team. Beginner to three-time JO and Scando Cup participants on team.
The team has a strong parent committee that handles most
administrative functions, allowing the coaches to focus on the team
members. Especially interested in candidates with good coaching and
communication skills. The position runs part-time from dryland
training in November through junior nationals in March. Pay
commensurate with experience, but in the range of $3,000 to $9,000 per
season, depending on the position.
