With US Nationals on the horizon, the Continental Cup coaching staff has lined out the following details for the 2007 U23 and Junior World Championships. If you are 22 or younger as of January 1st, 2007, we want you. These details are important:
Trip dates: January 21st-February 6th, 2007
Team naming: January 6th, Houghton, MI — Time and exact location TBA

Plane Tickets: Tickets will be purchased through World Cup Travel in Park City. We will all use the same travel agent so ticket changes and airport shuttles are manageable/possible. This is particularly important in a winter that lacks snow.
Trip Cost: $1150 (Airfare NOT included)
Be prepared to pay for your trip w/ a check at the team naming on Jan 6th
Trip Details: While the events takes place in Tarvisio, Italy, both junior and U23
teams will spend the first four days of the camp training in the small Austrian town of
Obertilliach. The team will be based out of two hotels (Gasthoff Andreas and Hotel Weiler) in town, with U23 and junior athletes splitting up into their respective age groups for this pre-camp. Matt will be the junior head coach and Pat the U23 head coach, and both will work together as trip leaders. On January 26th the team will move its operation to Tarviso (Hotel Haberl) where both teams will join forces under the same roof to get after it for race week. Get fired up!
