All new top-of-the-line racing skis and boots primed to push the boundaries.

SEATTLE, Wash. – Madshus, the world’s oldest ski company, introduces the new Madshus RED collection of racing products for the ultimate in performance. Designed and proven over three years between the elite of the Madshus Racing Team athletes and engineers, the new REDLINE Carbon Classic Ski, REDLINE Carbon Skate Ski, and Super Nano skate boot reside in a class all alone.

Developed to provide that extra edge, Madshus RED skis and boots come from Race Engineered Development. The Madshus RED products are lighter, stronger, faster – innovative pinnacle products that live on the fringe, but are available to the public, not just the race room. Headlining those innovations, the new Super Nano boot offers groundbreaking technology with its 3D-Molded Integrated Carbon Base, wrapping the skier’s foot in perfect contoured form. With 47% more torsional stiffness, the Super Nano transfers every ounce of energy directly into the ski for maximum stability and speed. Under the boot and binding, the REDLINE Carbon Classic and Skate skis were developed using completely new base materials and Computer Aided Design to create a unique ski profile that fits the needs of Madshus’ top athletes.

“I’ve been involved in the development of the Super Nano boots from the start, helping prove their excellence with 4 gold medals at World Championships and many top places on the World Cup,” said Emil Hegle Svendsen, Team Madshus biathlete. “It’s amazing what speeds you can drive in this boot, and it makes me confident and comfortable that I am in a really great position in my choice of products for the coming years.”

The Madshus RED collection is engineered to stand above the rest when even a fraction of a gram, a millimeter or a degree matter.
