SVSEF Cross Country Ski Team Devo Coach
The Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation, located in Sun Valley, Idaho is seeking applicants for the position of Head Development Team Coach for our Junior Cross Country Ski Team. Applicants should possess a strong background in cross country ski racing and preferably have some prior experience coaching or in youth recreational programs. Responsibilities will include organizing and conducting dryland and on snow training sessions for elementary aged skiers, directing assistant coaches, communicating program activities to parents and skiers, recruiting skiers, assisting with special events and races. Employment Period – Oct. & Nov:3 days/week, Dec thru March, 5 days/week (noon to 6pm) and some weekends. Salary commensurate with experience. SVSEF Cross Country Ski Team Prep Coach
The Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation, located in Sun Valley, Idaho, is seeking applicants for the position of Head Prep Team Coach for our Junior Cross Country Ski Team. Applicants should possess a strong background in cross country ski racing and preferably have some prior experience coaching or in youth recreational programs. Responsibilities will include organizing and conducting dryland and on snow training sessions for middle school aged skiers, directing assistant coaches, communicating program activities to parents and skiers, recruiting skiers and assisting with special events and races. Some travel to away races likely. Employment Period- October through March, 3 days per week (noon to 6pm) and some weekends. Salary commensurate with experience, Range $5,500 – $7,500.
