Tamarack Nordic Center in Donnelly, Idaho is excited to announce our 2nd Annual Loppet Race on Jan 10.. This
race is in it's infancy at this point but the Idaho Nordic Club and Tamarack
Resort Nordic Center are committed to developing this event into a major stop
on the Intermountain Race circuit. Â The 15k course will feature a full
complement of the best of Tamaracks varied trail system. Â In the aftermath
of the post Christmas storm we now have a base depth on the course that varies
from 24″s up to 48″. Â The course will be easy enough for the
novice racer looking to take a step up but also challenging enough to test the
more advanced racer. Â The 7.5 course will be especially appropriate for
the beginning racer or the junior skier searching for a new experience. Rooms
are still available so come on up and give this new race a try and see what
the newest Nordic area in the west has to offer.
