Schultz, Dussault Win Boulder Mountain Tour

The 2004 Boulder Mountain Tour came down to a duel between Nathan Schultz (Subaru Factory Team) and Justin Wadsworth (Atomic). Schultz and Wadsworth had a lead of 49 seconds over eventual third place finisher Jan Spurkland (XC Oregon) as they fought head to head for the win. In the end, Schultz prevailed by a scant half second. This was an impressive feat considering that two years ago Wadsworth outsprinted World Sprint Champion Tor Arne Hetland to win the Boulder. For Schultz, this was his second major marathon win in a week, after winning the Pepsi Challenge in Minnesota last weekend.
