VANCOUVER 2010 AND TORINO 2006 WILL COOPERATE

Wednesday, Nov. 10th 2004 :  The Two Olympic Committes

Torino and Vancouver, the cities that will host the next two editions of the Winter Games, have just signed  an agreement in Rome, Italy regarding cooperation between Italy and Canada, according to the Italian Secretary General of CONI, Mr.Raffaele Pagnozzi following a meeting with the Representative from the Canadian Committe, Mr.Lou Ragagnin. 

The committment from the two Countries is aimed at improving the countries' athlete's preparation for the games for the two nation's teams ahead of the Games in 2006 ( Torino ) and 2010 ( Vancouver ), but it also aims to lift the respective Olympic Committees  technical support of activities involving the Canadian and  the Italian national teams in the period that precedes the Game.
