Almost 250 skiers raced the season finally 20-kilometer freestyle race in the Wasatch citizen series in Park City, Utah on February 26. As it said on the Utah Nordic web site: – It was a perfect day, on perfect snow, with a perfect track. What a way to end the season!!

The race was held on the 6.5-kilometer Farm loop at White Pine Touring Center in Park City. Novice skied one lap; young and old two laps; and hard core older juniors, serious racers and middle-aged “not quite so good looking in lycra anymore” skiers went three laps.

Sunshine and spring weather made this race “a good one” for the memory book. Here are some photos from the event.
