– I’m very optimistic, but I have reasons for this. We have a men’s and women’s that is already among the World’s elite. Two good sprint teams and a good men’s team that’s good at the other distances. The goal is to get the women up to the top in the traditional distances.
Inge Braten explains that he has written a three-year contract with the Swedish ski federation, but it’s clearly stated that he will be fired after one year if he is not achieving results. He will evaluate his position if they only end up with three Olympic medals.
Thomas Alsgaard will accompany Braaten at all their pre-season camps.
