We recently emailed the fourth issue of the 2005 season’s subscription service covering in-depth, modern and interesting issues in the sport of Cross-Country. The subscription service runs from May through April. If you have signed up recently and not received the first three issues, please let us know so we can send them.

A “hands-on” discussion of how you could implement Max Strength training for all age groups.

A translation of a Norwegian article covering ideas on how to optimize rollerski training.
