Gallivare took over Ostersunds World Cup races last season when warm weather caused problems. The races were very successful and the town will most likely get to organize World Cup races in the middle of November next season.

– It’s correct that there is a finished schedule suggestion at FIS that includes Gallivare, but the decision will not be made before the FIS council meets on November 7, says Ulf Nilsson of the Swedish Skifederation.
