Great Early Season Skiing At Hatcher Pass, Alaska

Brian Erickson, one of the coaches of the Alaska Winter Stars ski program in Anchorage, Alaska sent us these pictures of early season skiing at Hatcher Pass.

Last weekend brought the first real good skiing to Southcentral Alaska. The Alaska Winters Stars took advantage of beautiful weather and perfect snow to log many hours of skiing at Hatcher Pass State Park. Along with the Winter Stars there were many other skiers from around Anchorage enjoying the opportunity as well.

Special thanks to Alaska State Parks and Mark Strabel for the excellent grooming and the Hatcher Pass lodge for their hospitality.

Keep training and pray for snow!
