The CXC Ski Team was designed to bridge the gap between collegiate skiing and the National Team. They will train and race together year round with full time coaching and race support. CXC Team athletes will reside in cities of their choice throughout the Midwest. The Team Headquarters will be Hayward/Cable, Wisconsin. Team members will work at least once a week with local junior and master groups when they are not involved with group training camps or competitions. All members of CXC Team will be cross country ski ambassadors. They will support local ski communities with the latest training philosophies, technique and strength training and will be role models for young athletes.
