<p>Daehlie is building commercial buildings, vacation homes and apartment buildings. The formula is this: A well known athlete, a financier, an architect, four local landowners and roughly 90 percent loan financed.</p>
<p>– Yes we are playing a tough game by investing in commercial buildings, apartments and vacation homes. But the economy in each project is predictable and limits the risk, says Bjorn Daehlie.</p>
<p>Daehlie’s net worth has reached 200 million kroner (US $31.7 million) estimates Dagens Naeringsliv. Daehlie retired as a ski racer seven years ago as the most winning Norwegian athlete of all times. He is a part owner in Odlo and Bjorn Daehlie clothing companies and has made a number of other real estate investments prior to this.</p>
