Kalla and Larsson won Swedish sprint-test

Charlotte Kalla and Mats Larsson won a Swedish sprint time-trial in the Torsby skitunnel last Saturday.

The time-trial was a part of Sweden’s peaking toward the upcoming sprint World Cup opener in Dusseldorf. The course was 1300-meter long and the race was held in freestyle.

Women:

Charlotte Kalla won ahead of Lina Anderson. Ida Ingemarsdotter was third. The entire women’s team took part.

Men:

Mats Larsson won men’s race ahead of Emil Jönsson. Jörgen Brink was third.
Björn Lind, Mikael Östberg, Peter Larsson and Thobias Fredriksson did not race.

– A good test and valuable preparation ahead of the World Cup opener, said national team coach Jocke Abrahamsson.
