Midwest, Great Lakes Get Hammered With Snow

It winter in the Midwest!

As you probably already know, an early October snowstorm has blanketed the Great Lakes and Midwest with 2 feet of snow as of Friday morning.

This is certainly exciting, but does it mean a good winter is on the way? Not really. Last year, New England was treated to a big dump of snow in October, but the rest of the winter was quite forgettable. Enjoy it while it lasts, and let's hope for better luck this year.
