On August 4, the National Para-Nordic Ski Team landed in New Zealand for a four week training camp at the Waiorau, Snow Farm in the South Island. Now at the mid-way point, this group of athletes is certain that everyday in this region of New Zealand is a “Skiers Paradise”. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves, utilizing every possible moment to ski but making time to stop for a few moments to take in and appreciate the stunning surroundings. The athletes are receiving terrific technical advice from Robin McKeever and Ian Daffern has never handed out a bad pair of skis. All the while, Head Coach Kasper Wirz ensures that all is running smoothly.

All in all, the mixed groups of veteran and rookie National Team members has come together as a team and are having an extremely successful camp.
