We at SOLDA USA and Webskis.com know how hard it can be to juggle school, athletics and modern life. We also recognize that it is possible, no, it's desirable for students to be involved, busy and striving to improve and perform. It is in this spirit that we are recognizing students who, with the help of trusted adults, are succeeding in keeping “all the balls in the airâ€.
Our first SOLDA FEATURED SNOW SPORT SCHOLAR-ATHLETE is awarded this week to Rita Aulie of Redmond High School in Redmond, Oregon. Rita is a senior who is on the academic honor roll, the nordic ski team, the swim team and a violinist in the Central Oregon Symphony. Rita has assumed leadership roles on the ski team, the cross-country running team and is the secretary of the National Honor Society for R.H.S.
