Over the last 30 years I have been the subject of an experiment of one, about excess. That is: excess of training and adrenaline overload. For years  the Mantra was any individual training session and associated training block was span class=”Apple-style-span” style=”font-weight: bold;”unsuccessful /spanif I was not physically, mentally, and spiritually spent or more correctly depleted  way beyond a near death state.  Then once recovered the plan was to be stronger and faster.  divbr /divBasically the old adage: What does not kill you.
