This year it was Allen Mtn.  Details about previous years “Adventures” classified due to the fifth amendment and the ongoing and future  investigations by Social and Kids Protective Services. We hiked in to where the herd path starts getting there around dusk made dinner, slept, then up at O’Dark hundred to break down camp and climb Allen Mtn in a rain storm.  It is amazing what kids are capable of.  One of my kids was convinced that slippery moss on the stream beds was really a 2,000 ft water slide. Especially when there with the guy who answers “Tell someone who cares.”  To all comments.  On the way down my crew sustained an attack by a mud spewing monster. br /div style=”text-align: center;”Second Mud Monster/diva onblur=”try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}” href=”http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_n7a3IKFYbqU/SoAuIP9LfhI/AAAAAAAACPc/CP2I1e5d15c/s1600-h/P8020270.jpg”img style=”display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;” src=”http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_n7a3IKFYbqU/SoAuIP9LfhI/AAAAAAAACPc/CP2I1e5d15c/s400/P8020270.jpg” border=”0″ alt=”” id=”BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5368341475082599954″ //adiv class=”blogger-post-footer”img width=’1′ height=’1′ src=’https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6647112093689702615-8029785743104303923?l=www.jackedupoldman.com’ alt=” //div
