The Squamish part of the camp was really successful. We were able to get four rollerski sessions in at the Olympic Park, two of them being interval workouts. It was really neat rollersking on the Olympic courses. Lots of tourist very intrigued by our dry land training, Sam says he saw Jennifer Lopez and Angelina Jolie taking pictures of him while he was doing one of his intervals.br /br /a onblur=”try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}” href=”http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_pZgXW6b1QMk/Sn2Pu6P7r9I/AAAAAAAAABc/zK5SNhrJ_dI/s1600-h/IMG_1469.JPG”img style=”display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 180px;” src=”http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_pZgXW6b1QMk/Sn2Pu6P7r9I/AAAAAAAAABc/zK5SNhrJ_dI/s320/IMG_1469.JPG” border=”0″ alt=””id=”BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5367604366968336338″ //abr /br /a onblur=”try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}” href=”http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_pZgXW6b1QMk/Sn2QM3eW_zI/AAAAAAAAABk/qMf4PsVRAr4/s1600-h/IMG_1494.JPG”img style=”display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 180px;” src=”http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_pZgXW6b1QMk/Sn2QM3eW_zI/AAAAAAAAABk/qMf4PsVRAr4/s320/IMG_1494.JPG” border=”0″ alt=””id=”BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5367604881619615538″ //abr /We had lactic acid testing after our interval sessions to make sure we are going hard enough and not too hard. In the evenings we have been mixing the training up with other activities like swimming, bounding, climbing, and we are planning on doing a work out on the Olympic speed skating oval today.br /br /a onblur=”try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}” href=”http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_pZgXW6b1QMk/Sn2SEFxIbsI/AAAAAAAAAB0/LaWN8FtP1s0/s1600-h/IMG_1389.JPG”img style=”display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;” src=”http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_pZgXW6b1QMk/Sn2SEFxIbsI/AAAAAAAAAB0/LaWN8FtP1s0/s320/IMG_1389.JPG” border=”0″ alt=””id=”BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5367606929860882114″ //abr /a onblur=”try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}” href=”http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_pZgXW6b1QMk/Sn2SjhLSepI/AAAAAAAAAB8/sGvAYXjLBBc/s1600-h/100_1942.JPG”img style=”display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 240px; height: 320px;” src=”http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_pZgXW6b1QMk/Sn2SjhLSepI/AAAAAAAAAB8/sGvAYXjLBBc/s320/100_1942.JPG” border=”0″ alt=””id=”BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5367607469794294418″ //adiv class=”blogger-post-footer”img width=’1′ height=’1′ src=’https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/2910103639238326543-394101176420056109?l=methowolympicdevelopment.blogspot.com’ alt=” //div
