One month to register for first World Winter Masters Games

The registration deadline for the inaugural edition of the World Winter Masters Games is coming up in just one short month on 25th October 2009. Scheduled for 25th-31st January 2010 in Bled (SLO), the World Winter Masters Games offers recreational athletes in Alpine or Cross-Country Skiing, Ski Jumping, Biathlon, Ice Hockey and Indoor Football who are older than 25 or 30 years the perfect chance to experience the excitement of the biggest sport events.

So far participants from more than 25 countries have already registered to participate, including Australia and New Zealand as well as Canada and the United States alongside many European countries.

World Winter Masters Games competitors will have the privilege to compete at World Cup venues including Pokljuka (Cross-Country Skiing and Biathlon), Kranjska Gora (Alpine Skiing) and Kranj (Ski Jumping) as well as to experience the beauties of Slovenia and Bled, the host town.     At the same time also FIS World Cup in Alpine skiing will take place so I can compete and see a race at the same time! This should be fun!
