Calgary to Minnesota – After a fourty-five minute delay for de-icing we were finally off, leaving the cold (-31 Celsius) temperatures of Canmore behind and on our way first to Phoenix and then finally to Minneapolis. It was odd landing in Phoenix, seeing brown and green landscapes and feeling 60+ degrees after skiing for two and a half weeks. As we waited at our gate the three gates to our right read Oahu, Kona, and Maui, Hawaii, long story short we’re here in Minnesota now.br /br /
