We have 7 current students plus 5 alums at the Regional Elite Camp in Craftsbury and 7 more kids who have ventured to the Halls house in Maine for a 4 day camp. We are running the Maine camp at the same time to keep everyone on the same basic schedule and to give everyone a concentrated period of coaching.br /a onblur=”try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}” href=”http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_H2SCM3lmKm8/TCP120h1-EI/AAAAAAAADCg/pEpE8EYsPRY/s1600/IMG_4811.JPG”img style=”display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 246px;” src=”http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_H2SCM3lmKm8/TCP120h1-EI/AAAAAAAADCg/pEpE8EYsPRY/s400/IMG_4811.JPG” border=”0″ alt=””id=”BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5486499093229729858″ //aThis afternoon we did a specific strength workout. 1:30-1:45 of d-pole and single pole with a couple of technique drills thrown in.
