We love it! We have morning training, followed by lunch, 5 hours of classes and then another hour before dinner for training. We do a couple of general strength workouts in the late afternoon, usually on our hard days.br /There is a great gym at school and we take good advantage of it for our strength days. We start with some spinning for warm up, then some speed and agility followed by 20-30 minutes of circuit strength and 10-15 minutes of floor core. A quick change of clothes and washing of hands and it’s dinner time :)br /a onblur=”try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}” href=”http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_H2SCM3lmKm8/TOMGSCAYezI/AAAAAAAAFUA/2FzSBBltHKo/s1600/IMG_9626.JPG”img style=”display:block;
