Lauren Fleshman

Okay, I am going a little overboard here. I found a blog that I LOVE yesterday, and I feel like I need to share it with the entire world. By the end of my campaign to share the awesomeness I will have increased Lauren Fleshman’s blog readership by at least 5 people, and she is gonna owe me bigtime.

Lauren Fleshman is a runner for Nike, and was the USA champion in the 2010 5k. She ran it in 15:13, her PR is 14:58, and she won the NCAA 5k in college twice. She has been a professional athlete ever since. More importantly she has a great blog. Seriously, go to www.asklaurenfleshman.com and tell me I am wrong. I think that not only does she have a lot of reasonable and interesting information to share, but she is also a very smooth and complete writer who puts out blogs that have been thought-through. A lot of my blogs jump all over the place and are a little rough sometimes, so I really appreciate the ‘finished’ quality that hers have.
