BKL Morning Strength/ After lunch Talks

Here are more pictures from our BKL camp. They are a bit out of order, but you can get the idea of what is going on.

These first 5 are from our post-lunch talks. We once again split the groups based on age and each group rotated through 3 stations.
Poppet talked about life after BKL… skiing opportunities in high school.
Matt did a kick wax clinic and Liz went over glide waxing and allowed everyone to try their hand at ironing in wax.

Abby and Sverre prepare for the name game. Abby was a star and nailed everyone!

We spent the morning doing different strength routines. We split into 3 groups and rotated between Upper body, core and leg strength.
