We’re back! For those of you who are not familiar with us, Gear West is a family owned business operating out of Long Lake, Minnesota. Owners Jan Guenther and Brian Knutson opened the doors 20 years ago, and since then have grown this business into one of the most well respected names in silent sports.
The term “experienced” is an understatement when describing the team of experts we have here at Gear West. From World Cup competitors and Birkiebiner champions, to citizen racers and high school coaches – we’ve got people who can offer you advice appropriate to your skiing goals. Combine our capable staff with the largest selection of cross-country ski equipment
on the continent, and you can rest assured that we will guide you to the perfect set up.
In the future you can expect to see posts from us related to ski racing and training, wax and service, as well as commentary from industry insiders and elite athletes such as our own Matt Liebsch!
